Experiencia negativa: Fuimos a este restaurante esperando una experiencia japonesa, pero resultó ser un local chino con una carta que deja mucho que desear. Pedimos sushi y fue una decepción total: el arroz estaba duro, sin sabor y mal compactado, se deshacía solo con cogerlo con los palillos. Uno de los roles llevaba aguacate, y este estaba completamente negro. Se lo comentamos al camarero, quien simplemente respondió "lo diré en cocina" sin más explicación ni disculpa, y aun así nos lo cobraron como si nada. Sin duda, el peor sushi que hemos comido en nuestra vida. No lo recomendamos en absoluto. Hay muchos otros sitios con mejor calidad y atención al cliente.

Experiencia negativa: Peixe estragado, a saber mal. O peixe manteiga vinha com crosta castanha. O resto das peças, era só arroz. Foi tudo devolvido e ainda tive que pagar. Vergonhoso e um atentado á saúde pública. A evitar!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Food is very nice, but one of the ladies serving is the most rude and angry I have ever come across in the service industry. Not knowing what or when each course would arrive on the "beef and chicken menu", I asked if the plate that the first 2 courses had been put on was the place to put the bowl of rice that had been sat by itself for 5 minutes. She slammed the bowl of rice on the plate, said "whatever" and stormed off. The restaurant is nice, the food is great, but if you're treated as a 2nd class citizen by an angry staff member, how can you recommend it? I don't think I was smiled at by any member of staff. I won't be back.

Experiencia negativa: Nada bueno, fuimos por las revistas Google y llegamos en un local vacío, 8 trabajadores y solamente una persona agradable, todos miran y contestan mal y con prisa. Hemos pedido 5 rollos de sushi california “distintos” , todos llegaron con pepinos y una salsa muy básica + un yakisoba de pollo y nos trajeron un arroz chino cantoné.

Experiencia negativa: Four of us (3 adults and a child), total cost €130 for food and 2 drinks each. Food first, the chef cooking in front of you is entertaining and the food is pretty good overall but nothing adventurous. Could have been 4 stars for the food but it’s so overpriced it cant be worthy of 4 stars. Service is poor, of at from an authentic Japanese experience. You don’t have to be from Japan to run a Japanese restaurant but if you’re going to take ont he challenge you should at least try to give it a proper shot. The best waitress was disinterested in anything more than absolute basics and was brusque with overall communication, the other waitress was borderline aggressive… huffing and puffing, elbowing your arms out of the way so she get enough space with which to hurl our plates down on the table. The service was quick which is why it’s worthy of 2 stars and not 1, I think the speed is based on getting rid of you as soon as possible despite the restaurant being mostly empty. Atmosphere is basically nonexistent beyond what the other guests created and the efforts of the chef… both of which were appreciated. It’s not worth half the money it cost for the overall experience, hard no on any future visit.

Experiencia positiva: Estupendo restaurante japonés que dispone de mesas con plancha para que cocinen delante de los comensales. Comida muy buena, con varios menús de plancha de diferentes precios. Lo único a tener en cuenta es que en las mesas con plancha se sale con bastante olor a comida en la ropa. También tienen una terraza para comer.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible experience from start to finish. Would NOT recommend. Booked for a table of 4 adults 4 children and a baby, we arrived and the restaurant was completely empty. We were told we had to be out in 2 hours, the service from ordering our drinks to getting our meals was extremely rushed despite the place being empty. We told our server 2 of us (myself included) were vegetarians. We ordered the veggie set meal and a few sides, the tofu came to the table covered in fish skin and when we told the waitress she didn’t seem to care she had served a vegetarian a dish containing fish. Our tepenyaki had no “show” with the dishes, a rude cook rushing food for the whole table. The food was AVERAGE at best, extremely overpriced, rude staff, boring atmosphere. I would definitely not visit or recommend this restaurant again - I have seen more entertainment from a hot plate at food van. €300 for 4 set meals and some side dishes was not worth the money or our time visiting.

Experiencia negativa: Lamentablemente, mi experiencia en Ginza Japanese en La Cala de Mijas fue muy decepcionante. Ayer, encontré una cucaracha en mi café. Informé al personal de inmediato, pero no nos ofrecieron ningún tipo de compensación, ni siquiera un descuento. Me pareció una falta de consideración y profesionalismo. Creo que este tipo de situaciones deberían manejarse con mayor cuidado y atención al cliente. Espero que mejoren en este aspecto en el futuro.

Experiencia fantástica: Fabulous Restaurant to visit in Cala de Mijas, Spain for first time experience of watching the skilled chefs 'throwing' and 'spinning' their knife around whilst chopping the food at a phenominal speed - then to watch the skill of making an omlette at lightning speed and trying to catch a piece in your mouth as the chef flicks it to each person sat around the cooking table! After that first experience, its always nice to go back and eat the good food whilst cheering on the new visitors experience. Its a varied menu to suit, Meat, Fish or Vegetarian - very reasonable and excellent staff.

Experiencia negativa: Es war jahrelang unser Lieblings-Restaurant in dieser Gegend. Doch seit drei Jahren geht es in unseren Augen leider nur noch bergab (Service, Essen, Öffnungszeiten). Bei unserem letzten Besuch wollten wir uns zu dritt an „unserer“ Ecke hinsetzen. Der Teppanyaki-Tisch war leer. Die Bedienung bestand aber darauf, dass wir unten am Tisch mit der Eingangstür im Rücken sitzen sollen. Diesen Platz mögen wir nicht, weil es immer zieht und kühl ist. So sind wir unverrichteter Dinge wieder gegangen. Schade, denn früher war hier vieles einfach nur hervorragend. Der jüngste Tropfen hat das Fass aber zum Überlaufen gebracht. Bye bye, Ginza.

Then we said happy birthday with our drinks and the staff noticed. They eventually asked me whose birthday it was and brought a cake specifically for the birthday boy. One thing I find absolutely shocking is that the cook which works on the grill is throwing eggs into customers mouth which they have to catch. Experiencia positiva: Listen, this is a Chinese owned Japanese restaurant so the service is Chinese (if you know, then you know), however the food is good. The service is terrible, beware of the fake Geisha she loves to yell at customers, the teenage boys were very nice though. We decided to sit at the teppan, if it's a hot day beware you'll be sweating SO much as they don't have air conditioning especially if you're sitting by the teppan grill. Got yelled at by fake Geisha girl because my partner does not like seafood, his "steak choice" did not say anything about a seafood starter, so not sure where she would have gotten her wires crossed, they could've easy apologized for it, but was obviously she's a very proud lady. I can't speak on the other food but I did step outside for a quick vape and overheard a customer getting berated by Fake Geisha girl because they didn't like their food and wanted to cancel the rest of their order. If you like spice make sure to ask for their hot sauce, it's really good.

Experiencia negativa: We recently travelled to la cala and wanted to try all our favorite restaurants. Ginza was on the top of my list, as we all really love the food and entertainment there. From the moment we walked in your could pick up the bad atmosphere . After ordering food (menu excellence) food was cooked placed in front of us and no plates had been set. cooks and staff started to argue and all went down hill from there. There was alot of screaming coming from the kitchen and one waitress stormed out. We waited a while for the rest of our food and had to pour our own wine for the remainder of the evening. Never got deserts or tea/coffee which was included in our menu. Very disappointing experience.

Értem, hogy ez a tepanyaki, de az ételeknek is dominálnia kellene. 25€ menü után még nagyon éhes maradtam. Ezt a “gasztro” minőséget bármelyik egyszerű japán kifőzdében megkaphatom. A felszolgálók kicsit savanyúak, nem igazán mosolygós csapat. Látvány szuper, étel felejtős.
