Experiencia fantástica: Wunderbares Ambiente, Ruhe, keine schreckliche Radiomusik. Meeresrauschen! Entspannung und Verwöhnung!! Vom deutsch/französch/spanischen Koch begeistert. Er erfüllt auch Extrawünsche. Schon Vorfreude auf Ostern!! Weiter viel Erfolg!! CM

Experiencia negativa: Eine wirklich schöne Lage, aber die Nudeln mit Gambas waren absolut langweilig. Ohne Salz und das mussten wir uns selbst holen gehen. Getränke haben wir ebenfalls selbst nachgeschenkt. Die Kellnerin ganz nett, aber nicht aufmerksam. Ganz toller Blick. Für einen Beach Club hätte ich mir ein bisschen Hintergrund Musik gewünscht. Dann lieber zu Canclanc , da stimmt Preis/Leistung. Schade.

Experiencia negativa: El lugar está bien, piscina y frente al mar.. Es una pena que un lugar así tenga una mala calidad en la comida. La paella insípida no la recomiendo. Y lo que más nos impactó fue el precio de la porción de tarta de queso, 10€ la pedimos sin ver el precio pero no imaginaba que era ese, además de no ser casera.. es un lugar que está bien para tomar algo(aunque tampoco es barato, 4€ la caña pequeña), darse un baño y ya está..

Experiencia fantástica: La verdad que cuando bajamos las escaleras no nos pensábamos que estaba tan bien. Comimos y nos lo pasamos genial. El trato fue espectacular , sobretodo de Antonio. Siempre super antento.

De verdad que volveré pero aparte de la ubicación por sus camareros,sigan cuidandolos así por qué de verdad que si tienen sus empleados contentos el cliente sale el doble de contento Y si el dueño lee esto le diré que por favor cuide a sus empleados por qué en un sitio turístico me sentido acogida ,como una más, como mallorquina que soy que no se pierda este buen trato a los locales no solo un servicio turístico, por qué.no olvidemos que los que volvemos somos los locales los que volvemos año tras año, muchas gracias a todos , nos vemos la semana que viene

Experiencia negativa: On a réservé pour 4 beds c’était la première fois qu’on visite cet endroit et il n’a rien a voir avec les photos. Certes il est bien situé mais la piscine n’a pas la meme taille ni la meme couleur, la vue est juste normal, pas si belle que sur les photos on était très déçus. Peut eyre que le service ou la bouffe est bien mais en tout cas les photos sont bien plus joli que la réalité

But stuff is so kind ,so we honestly enjoyed.Guys was running to make guests happy and we appreciate it.We had to wait for food but only because it was super busy.Great example how important is to have great positive people and than guests will forget negative things. Experiencia positiva: Encontramos este sitio por casualidad buscando bar-restaurante con piscina. También tiene acceso directo a la cala, lo que le da un plus a la ubicación. El lugar es muy agradable, aunque le falta algo de mantenimiento. La comida bastante aceptable y a un precio normal, incluso bueno para estar en el lugar que está. El camarero es encantador, aunque le vendría bien una ayudita. Es verdad que el bar estaba bastante tranquilo cuando fuimos nosotros, pero una persona sola no puede dar un buen servicio en un lugar así.

Experiencia negativa: Our day at this establishment was indeed a pleasant experience, marked by its aesthetic charm and culinary delights. So impressed were we that we took the initiative to secure a reservation for the ensuing day. Promptly arriving for the restaurant's opening, we were disheartened to learn that all tables had been reserved, with none available for us. When I respectfully reminded them of our reservation made the prior day, I received the baffling response that they had been unaware of the unavailability of tables at that hour. This unfortunate incident underscored a significant shortcoming in the provision of service. Regrettably, this experience has left us with no choice but to refrain from returning during our week-long stay here, despite our initial intention to dine here daily. The lack of awareness and consideration exhibited on the second day of our visit, coupled with the incident mentioned earlier, has significantly diminished our overall perception of this establishment. We had hoped for a more welcoming and accommodating experience throughout our stay, but alas, this was not the case.

Experiencia negativa: Whilst the view was quite pleasant, nothing else was remotely ok! The service was incredibly slow, 30 mins for drinks! The food came out at completely different times. The burgers were frozen, and the chips came out well after. The chicken looked like roadkill that had been scraped straight off the tarmac and cooked via direct sunlight! Extremely over priced! Good luck to anyone that bothers to go there.

Experiencia positiva: Der Burger war fürchterlich. Die Nudeln waren hingegen sehr lecker. Allerdings waren in einer Portion zwei Haare. Griechischer Salat und Aioli mit Brot waren sehr gut. Der Service war mäßig. Der von uns bestellt Rosè war leider nicht verfügbar. Der alternativ Rosè war aber in Ordnung. Das Ambiente war mäßig. Die Lage am Meer ist gut. Die Ausstattung ist schon etwas heruntergekommen und die Tische waren viel zu eng gestellt. Wer einen "richtigen" Beach Club sucht ist hier völlig fehl am Platz. Fairerweise sind die Preise auch deutlich günstiger wie in einem guten Beach Club.

Experiencia negativa: Really disappointing experience. Tried to book some beds and was told they were still available (the day before the booking). I was getting messages asking to send my bank details over email, which I don’t agree with as I don’t think it’s safe. Anyway I sent some bank details for the reservation and I was told they were wrong. At absolutely no point was I told the exact information they wanted so I could send it. I turned up on the day to be told I didn’t have a reservation and there were no beds available. If I had provided the ‘correct’ details I still wouldn’t have a bed and they would have my bank details on email… not a great experience.

Experiencia positiva: Los camareros son amables, pero por desgracia, el servicio es lento. Sin embargo, se agradece esa piscina,porque tienes a los peques super entretenidos,mientras te tomas algo y los vigilas. La verdad, a pesar de la lentitud, vale mucho la Pena. Los precios si que son un poco exagerados por lo que realmente es,pero al ser un sitio con frente al mar, pues se sabe que pagas más, aunque no por eso hay que estar conforme. Poca selección en la carta, pero ideal para un picoteo o una comida ligera.

Experiencia positiva: We were told there was changing and shower facilities - there was an outdoor shower and a bathroom - not what we were expecting after a day sunbathing before heading to airport. Staff at start were unfriendly and unwelcoming snapping at us not to move the sunbeds. Waitress who served us later in the day was friendly. Nice views of the sea.

Experiencia negativa: Un verdadero atraco. Sitio muy descuidado para el precio que cobran. Fuimos con la intención de comer y darnos un baño y nos querían cobrar 20€ por cada tumbona escachambrosa. La comida no estaba mala, pero cara y escasa. Botella de agua de 75cl a 7,5€

The staff although nice do not pay enough attention to the clients, it is a mission to get their attention. Could do much better on that front to make their prices worth it. No vale la pena 5. Nos han dicho que no tenían mesa para reserva 2h en el sitio y las mesas vacías. Nos han puesto en una esquina sin vistas. 6. Precio final 97 eur

Experiencia negativa: Una verdadera decepción volver al Zhero Beach Club después de un año. Lo que más caracteriza todo el entorno es una suciedad vergonzosa. Estuve con mi pareja con la idea de darnos un baño en la piscina tomando una copa y el agua estaba tan turbia que no se podían ni ver los azulejos, inutil decir que no tuvimos el estómago de meternos. Por el suelo de la terraza cerca de nuestra mesa habían pañuelos usados, seguramente culpa de algún cliente incivico, pero el personal no parecía tener la mínima intención de limpiar. Los baños ni os cuento. Traen todavía carta de papel que puede tocar todo el mundo no obstante haya una normativa de prevención para el Covid-19, pero lo mejor de todo es que tienen la cara de cobrarte 11€ para un Mojito en semejante cuchitril. Una lástima de verdad, les bastaría un poco de cuidado para que fuera una joya.

Experiencia negativa: Kein schöner Beachclub. Gerade eröffnet nach Lockdown. Pool grün-milchig und an einigen Stellen sieht es aus wie Sperrmüll. Schade. Aber super Blick!

Experiencia positiva: Beach club sin nada especial mas que la piscina, ya que no tienen ni tumbonas cerca del mar. Precios bastante elevados (19€ un roll de sushi, 12€ para 6 gyozas, 4€ una coca cola!) para un servicio despistado y no demasiado profesional. La comida estaba buena y pasamos un buen rato cerca del mar, pero hay muchos sitios en Mallorca que por esos precios tienes un servicio 10! A lo ultimo pedimos unos cocteles y todos estaban prácticamente imbebibles, estas cosas pueden pasar pero no cuando vas de Beach Club de Lujo. Encima de todo, en tiempos de Covid los camareros sin mascarilla, cartas en la mesa... la única medida que han tomado es instalar maquinas de desinfectante de manos....no es suficiente

Experiencia negativa: We have been here a couple of times now. In the summer it is pretty full but most people were getting drunk so not a great place to go with kids, small pool, and not in a beach but close to the sea where you can dive in. The service was ok, not the quickest but they are nice enough, I would normally say two or three stars if I was pushed BUT....We went again in the winter hoping it would be a heated pool, and of course less people, it was closed but I will never go back as I was shocked by the state of the pool (look at the pictures) a dead rat and a used tampon were floating around in a green mess. This obviously worries me that even after cleaning it won’t be really clean.
