Bonito Premium Sushi

Experiencia negativa: Al principio me había gustado Bonito Premium Sushi, pero mi última experiencia fue un desastre. Hice un pedido por Uber Eats, esperé una hora y al final lo cancelaron porque cuando el repartidor llegó al local le dijeron que estaba cerrado. No aceptaron mi pedido y me dejaron esperando todo ese tiempo para nada. Muy mala gestión, una gran decepción.

Experiencia fantástica: I ordered from Bonito Premium Sushi and had a wonderful experience! Even though I don’t eat fish, there were still plenty of delicious options to choose from. I had the noodles, chicken, and gyoza. Еverything was fantastic! The broth and noodles were especially flavorful. It’s great to find a sushi place that also caters to people who don’t eat fish. Highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: Son los mejores sushi que he probado en España. El que más me gustó fue el rollo Diva’s Delight: ¡increíblemente delicioso! Vi algunos comentarios negativos, pero en mi caso todo fue perfecto: la entrega llegó a tiempo, había suficiente salsa de soja, wasabi y jengibre, todo estaba muy bien empaquetado y el sabor fue simplemente espectacular. Lo recomiendo muchísimo y, de ahora en adelante, solo pido sushi aquí.

Experiencia negativa: Después de ver los videos de Internet, nos decidimos pedir por la web, al vivir fuera, nos pasamos a recogerlo, el sitio, es una cocina compartida con otras cuatro empresas más, cuando veáis a 20 rydes en la calle esperando, es ahí, nos hicieron espera 20minutos de más, yal abrir la bolsa, nos dimos cuenta que faltaba un plato, llamamos, y no nos contestaron... si es cierto que luego por whatsapp, nos respondieron, y antes nuestra reclamación, ellos nos mandaron una foto, con otro núm de orden, y nos acusan de querer regatear, la comida estaba muy rica, pero ni son tan grande como en los videos, y ante mentiroso, mejor buscar otro, lo siento :-(

Experiencia negativa: No se dejen engañar por el marketing y menos por el packaging. Hice un pedido llego mal, pedí 2 rols y uno vino incorrecto. Lo mejor… nunca me atendieron el teléfono. El arroz estaba bien pero las piezas se desarmaban por completo. En cuanto al relleno, la palta no estaba madura por lo que era imposible comer y tenían un exceso de pepino en el relleno, prácticamente pepino con arroz. Gracias por arruinarme la cena !

Experiencia positiva: Разочарование Когда это кафе только открылось, мы заказывали роллы и это был восторг, все очень красиво, много начинки, мало риса, прямо как в маркетинговых компаниях (первое фото). Но спустя несколько месяцев качество абсолютно испортилось, один рис, авокадо дубовый, на размер креветки можно посмотреть на фото. И доставка 1,5 часа - тоже совсем не круто. В общем, очень жаль! На это кафе были большие надежды…

Experiencia negativa: 1h y 30 mins tardo en llegar, cuando el repartidor estuvo esperando la mayor parte del tiempo a que terminasen y me lo pudiese entregar. Pedí una de sushi y la burguer de Sushi, tenía las expectativas muy altas, después del super marketing que he visto de ellos en redes. Pero 0 relación calidad precio, el sushi llegó movido, tenía más queso que pescado… poca cantidad de soja en el pedido y la burguer, lo mismo, más arroz y queso, que pescado. En mi opinión sobrevalorado, muy caro, con la calidad que ofrecen… para pensárselo dos veces, antes de volver a pedir.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible experience from the bottom to the top... I found Bonito Premium Sushi thanks to their great marketing strategy on instagram and ordered a Diva's Delight roll. Let's start with the fact that I waited for my roll for 1,5 hours! And nobody even attempts to contact you from the moment you made the order until the delivery. The so-called "call centre" is very slow to respond, and to find out where my roll was and if I was even getting it, I had to call about 3 times before someone picked up. Now regarding the sushi.. This roll had absolutely nothing to do with "high quality" advertised. The fish looked on the verge of expiration, very dark, the texture of the fish could tell you that it was not fresh, but rather deeply frozen and then unfrozen. Whatever smell the fish had was covered with insane amounts of strong-smelling truffle. The rice was exceptionally stiff and hard to chew. The salmon inside of the sushi was totally tasteless. When trying to reason with support, explaining why this roll does not correspond with the quality standards, I was only told that they receive their fish fresh, not addressing any of my concerns. The lady suggested I send a message on Instagram with pictures of the roll I received, so I did, but received a similar reply. Another thing that’s totally crazy is how their rating here always jumps from low to high, as they use different accounts to increase the rating. When I started typing this review, it was 4.2, now it’s magically 4.6. I know my review will never actually receive any attention from Bonito themselves, but people shouldn’t pay money for such quality of food. Everything from the product to service in Bonito Premium Sushi has nothing premium about it. As an absolute sushi lover, this is not the high-quality product I expected to receive. I felt scammed and after waiting for 1,5 hours for my dinner, unfortunately, I ended up not having it, because I was simply scared to get a food poisoning. A deeply disappointing experience.

Experiencia negativa: Суші аж ніяк не преміум, вони лише хочуть вважати себе такими. Сервіс поганий - переплутали час доставки, не врахували кількість людей. Ми замовляли на 4х людей. На 6 великих ролів поклали 2 пари паличок, ніде немає питання щодо кількості людей в замовленні (скільки приборів потрібно. Також на цих 6 великих ролів поклали дві малюсеньких порції соусу, а далі‍♀️ їжте сухими. Васабі також дві горошини - сміх. На фото все видно, фото додаю. Тепер щодо якості - суші несмачні, ніякі. Рис зварений неправильно і несмачно, весь розвалюється, роли порізані на шматки аби-як, нормально не відділені шматки, втиснуті у коробку так, що не можна нормально дістати, все розчавлюється. Риба несмачна, якась суха, рису багато. Взагалі, таке враження, що суші зроблені в когось вдома на кухні, і людина робила їх вдруге, чи максимум втретє. Абсолютно не рекомендую.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve ordered during my trip to Madrid this week. As a sushi fan, this was the best sushi I’ve eaten so far. I’ve ordered 5 different rolls and edamame. The rolls were quite big and firm which was very satisfying, the fish was very fresh, the taste was amazing, the package was lovely and the delivery was on time. Now, Bonito will be my first choice in Madrid!

Experiencia negativa: La presentación estuvo muy bien pero en cuanto al sushi se deshace, no puedes cogerlo muy bien con los ohashis porque se pegan entre piezas y el sushi mal cortado. Los bocados eran muy grandes los que lograbas rescatar sin que se destruyeran. El pescado con una textura de gelatina. No repetiría.
